The AMINO ANIMO Power Mix Cocoa instant organic protein drink contains Almond, Rice and Sunflower proteins, cocoa powder and prebiotics (Inulin).

Almond
Almond is a valuable nut with multiple health benefits. Almonds have unusually large amounts of protein and α-tocopherol compared to other nuts.

Sunflower seeds
Sunflower seeds are of great nutritional value. They are a rich source of unsaturated fatty acids, protein, fibers, Vitamin E, B1, B5, B6, Selenium, Copper, Zinc, Folic acid and Iron. They show antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and bactericidal properties.

Rice
Rice is a widespread food. The amino acid profile of Rice bran shows higher concentrations of aspartic and glutamic acid. In addition, Rice bran is a great source of Thiamine (Vitamin B1), Riboflavin (Vitamin B2), Niacin (Vitamin B3) and antioxidants. It also contains a large percentage of fibers, Calcium, Magnesium, Zinc and Phosphorus.

Inulin
Inulin is a prebiotic, a source of food for probiotics. Probiotics are live beneficial for the body bacteria that maintain good gut health. Studies have shown that almost all the amount of inulin that enters the body, passes through the mouth, stomach and small intestine and is metabolized in the large intestine by the microflora of the colon. Due to difficulty of digestion, inulin is suitable for diabetics. Studies have shown that inulin consumption does not affect either serum glucose or glucagon secretion and does not stimulate insulin secretion. Inulin also acts like fibers do, stimulating the bifidobacterial growth in the intestine and thus improving intestinal health and increasing bowel movements.

Cocoa
Cocoa contains polyphenols, in particular epicatechin, proanthocyanidins and catechin. It also contains even higher levels of flavonoids than apples, onions and wine, which are known for their high phenol content. Flavonoids reduce oxidative stress, suppress the oxidation of low-density lipoprotein (LDL) and have anti-inflammatory properties.

• Add 200ml (1 glass) liquid of your choice (water, juice, vegetable milk), ideally in the Protein Shaker
