- 1 scoop ΑΜΙΝΟ ΑΝΙΜΟ Power Mix Vanilla
- 250 ml almond milk or other vegetable milk
- 1 ripe banana
- 125 gr. pineapple, cut into cubes
- 1-2 handfuls of spinach
- 2 tbsp. hemp seeds
- 60 ml water
1. Pour the vegetable milk in the blender.
2. Add the fruits and the other ingredients, except the protein powder and water. If you prefer your smoothie cold, cut the fruits into cubes and freeze them.
3. Add the AMINO ANIMO protein powder and water. You can adjust the texture by adding extra water.
